Hello! My name is Kat, and I have been in the fitness world for several years. I do training in person from the small town of Three Forks, MT. Proudly partnered with V-42 gym! I am passionate about helping others reach their goals, and I recognizing that our mental wellness and physical health are connected! Through training with me you will experience a level of coaching that encompasses consideration of your body as a whole. Helping you reach your goals is my priority!

Kat is an amazing trainer. After a knee and back injury, she took me to levels of fitness that I didn’t know I could reach. My goals were to get in shape for backpacking and hiking and I far surpassed my goals with her. She switched the workouts around every time so you never had the same workout twice. She also will adjust to any injuries or sore areas that you might have. She knew how to push me without overdoing it or without frustrating me. I felt so great after her workouts. Her beautiful energy and spirit are also lovely to be around.
